Aleksander Hejna laureate of the Polish Intelligent Development Award in the category " Scientist of the Future"

For years, the Polish Intelligent Development Award has been going to innovators, investors, individuals and organizations whose way of acting and thinking affects the intelligent and sustainable development of society's and economy's life. The award recognizes the authors of technological and social innovations, as well as investments that directly or indirectly raise living standards.

Aleksander Hejna, PhD, received the award for the projects entitled "Structure and properties of lignocellulosic fillers modified in situ during reactive extrusion" and "Development of technology for the manufacturing of foamed polyurethane-rubber composites for the use as damping materials".
