Łukasz Zedler PhD is responsible for the Stage I of the project - Development of a method for modifying ground tire rubber in a continuous manner. He is conducting works associated with thermomechanical and chemothermomechanical treatments of ground tire rubber in co-rotating twin-screw extruder, which are aimed at enhancement of interfacial adhesion between foamed polyurethane matrix and ground tire rubber particles.
